1:1 Chromebook use

Colquitt County Schools recognizes the need for every student to have access to a device to enhance 21st Century Learning. C. A. Gray's Chromebook Plan is lined out below. Before a Chromebook is assigned to each student, the current year's Chromebook Agreement Form must be signed and returned to the school.

  • Everyday Use: Most academic classrooms and many elective classrooms have a full set of Chromebooks for students use. Devices remain in those classrooms at all times.
  • Home Checkout - The family should give the media center 24 hours notice of the need. The device and charger may be picked up from Ms. Turner, who will issue a due date.
  • Procedure for Emergency Distribution: Teachers will be notified to unwire carts. All students will pick up their assigned chargers and Chromebooks.
