Superintendent Chappuis introduced his four pillars for success at the Colquitt County School District Convocation in July. One of those pillars is Focus On Learning. That focus is not just on students but also district employees. During the 2023-2024 school year, various school and district office employees completed programs that developed their leadership, policy development, and teacher support skills.
The individuals listed below spent time each month attending training in person and virtually for the entire school year. They completed individual projects and research on various leadership and education topics and applied what they learned to their daily jobs.
"We are committed to having the best teachers, support staff, and administration in our district," shared Superintendent Dan Chappuis. "We encourage students to be life-long learners, which we should do as educational leaders. I am proud of the commitment of these employees and others across the district to continually growing in their profession."
