The Colquitt County Board of Education will hold additional public hearings to discuss the Proposed Property Tax increase. Hearing dates/times were previously published in the Moultrie Observer. However, we have received direction from the Georgia Department of Revenue that the ad sizes need to be larger. The Colquitt County Board of Education has set the dates for the additional tax hearings and advertised in the recommended sizes.
All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearings to be held:
