Tryout Dates: TBA
Time: 4:30pm
Location: Packer Park.
All student athletes must have a current (less than a year since evaluation date) physical on file in order to participate in tryouts.  Current GHSA Physical Form

General Expectations:

• If the athlete is going to be absent, please inform us in person, by phone, email, or text ahead of time. (Excused absences; family related issues, emergencies, and sickness)
• All players must be in school to participate in a scheduled match that day.
• All athletes need to have good sportsmanship, attitude, effort, and fair play.
• Athletes need to be picked up on time from practices and matches.
• Parents are asked not to attend practices.

Practice times:

• Monday-Thursday: 4:00-5:30.
• All practices this year will be at Packer Park. Students may take the activities buses from WJW or CAG over to Packer Park. 
   

Match Location:

• All home matches will be played at Packer Park.

Uniforms:

• Uniform tops are $10 and will be handed out before the first match. Athletes will be responsible for their own black shorts/skirts. 

Sponsorships:

• We ask that all athletes sell two sponsorships to help offset the cost of supplies and travel expenses.
• Sponsorship forms will be passed out at our parent meeting once tryouts are complete. 

Team and Individual Picture Day:

•  Date: TBD
•  Located at Packer Park with Jill Stringfellow.
• We will have the packages for the parents. (Payment will be due upfront)

Weather:

• For any weather issues, we will notify the athletes for any cancellations for practices or matches as quickly as possible.
