He is always willing to go the extra mile for not only the students but also his coworkers. Mr. Rutland shows up each and every day with an attitude to win and it is shows in many ways." Another colleague writes, "he is an extremely dedicated teacher who manages to really connect with students who most other teachers don't have great relationships with. He also always has a positive attitude about what is going on at school.”
