I hope this message finds you enjoying a wonderful summer! As we gear up for another fantastic school year, I wanted to share some important dates and information to ensure a smooth and exciting start.
Important Dates:
1. Student Parking Pass Sales:
• Seniors: Monday, July 15 - Tuesday, July 16 | Cost: $35.00 or $75 to paint the parking spot.
• Underclassmen: Wednesday, July 17 - Thursday, July 18 | Time: 8:00 am— 3:00 pm.
Please note: Students must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a picture of the car tag.
2. Teacher Pre-Planning:
• Dates: Thursday, July 25 - Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Time: 7:30am-3:30pm
3. Open House:
• Packer Beginnings for the Class of 2027: Thursday, July 25, 2024 | Time: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. This event is a great opportunity for parents and students to familiarize themselves with CCHS, meet teachers and staff, and get excited for the year ahead. Parents and Guardians will also have the opportunity to update any contact information in Infinite Campus and gain access to Parent Portal.
• Open House for the Class of 2026 and 2025: Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 4:00 p.m.—6:00 p.m. Parents and students will have the chance to meet their teachers and get acquainted with the school. Parents and Guardians will also have the opportunity to update any contact information in Infinite Campus and gain access to Parent Portal.
4. First Day of School:
• Thursday, August 1, 2024. Students will report to ASPIRE (Advisement).

Bell Rings: 8:05 am
Instruction Begins/1st Block: 8:10 am
School Ends (Dismissal): 3:15 pm
• For Staff:
Teacher Report Time: 7:30 am
PLC & Teacher Collaboration/Office Hours: 7:35 am - 8:00 am

Teachers’ Day Ends: 3:30 pm
During ongoing construction at our school, adhering to designated entry and exit points is crucial for the safety of our students and staff (see map). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work to enhance our facilities.
